Displayport to DVI Cable connects a DisplayPort / DisplayPort++ (DP / DP++) equipped laptop or desktop to a monitor or projector with DVI input. ( NOT bi-directional, only transmits from DP to DVI).
DP to DVI Cord Support HDTV&Mornitor resolution at 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1600x1200, 1920x1200, and 1080P Full HD for extending a desktop or creating mirrored displays, to show presentations on a display at classroom, conference room with this cable.

-To: DVI (DVI-D) Male (Monitor, TV, Project, etc).
-Support advanced system : Windows7, 8, 8.1, 10, Chrome OS, MacOS High Sierra 10.13.4, etc or higher and backward compatible..
-Flawless audio pass-thru for uncompressed digital 7.1, 5.1 or 2 channels
-Kindly Note: It is not Di-directional, not USB port..not HDMI port
