Will it charge slowly?
Please check if it is placed in the exact position, when the position is shifted it may cause slow charging or disconnection.
Will the pad or phone gets hot?
Because the phone is not placed in the optimal position, the wireless charging power loss increases and the temperature rises, which is then transferred to the phone. Usually these temperatures are within acceptable limits.
Why the product does not work?
Please check 1) whether the phone is placed on the correct position, 2) whether the phone itself supports wireless charging, 3) whether the type-c of the charger is tightly connected (observe the status of the LED on the side).
How to align it?
The wireless charger's charging coil is in the center, so you just need to align your phone's wireless charging module to the center of the pad. The wireless charger module of different brands of phones may not always be in the middle of the phone.
What power adapter is needed?
18W and above is recommended for a better charging experience. Lower power adapters can also be used, but will reduce the charging speed proportionally.
