What's the charging speed?
Maximum output: 10W for phones, 2.5W for watches, 5W for earbuds. Most Samsung Galaxy phones (excluding the S26 Ultra) charge consistently at 10W. Please note that this wireless charger does not support fast charging speeds.
What happens to the clock when the power goes out or I unplug the charger?
The built-in rechargeable battery keeps the clock display running for approximately 5 minutes after power loss. For longer power outages (over 5 minutes), the clock will not reset and you'll not need to set it again.
Does it work with a case on?
It works with most standard cases that are 5mm (0.2 inches) or thinner. However, it does NOT work with cases that have a kickstand, a thick metal back, or a card holder slot.
Does it have an alarm function?
No, this is a clock display only. 12/24-hour format with 4 brightness levels.
What do the indicator lights mean?
Green light means your device is charging normally or is fully charged. Red light means there's an issue – either a foreign object is detected, or the charger cannot charge your device properly.
