Baseus Wall Charger Series
Why is actual charging power lower than rated power?
Rated power is the maximum output under ideal conditions. In actual use, power adjusts automatically based on battery level, temperature, and protection systems. It is higher at low battery and gradually decreases, which is normal.
Why is “fast charging” not shown on my device?
Fast charging depends on the device, cable, and supported protocol. Please ensure your device supports the required fast charging standard and use a 5A fast charging cable for better performance.
Why does charging briefly pause during use?
When devices are plugged/unplugged or charging conditions change, the charger redistributes power. This may cause a brief interruption of a few seconds before charging resumes. This is normal behavior for multi-port chargers.
Is it normal for the charger to get warm during use?
Yes. Heat during fast charging is normal, especially at high power or when charging multiple devices. The charger includes temperature control and multiple safety protections for safe operation.
Why can’t my laptop charge at full power?
Laptop charging power depends not only on the charger, but also on the device’s charging protocol and power management system. Some laptops may adjust input power based on their own design, so actual charging speed may differ from expectations.
