Q1: Does this charger work for Samsung, Android phones or Galaxy Watch?

This 3-in-1 wireless charger is specially designed for Apple devices only. It is fully compatible with iPhone 15/16/17 series, iWatch models and AirPods. It does NOT support Samsung, any Android smartphones, Galaxy Watch or non-Apple smartwatches.

Q2: What’s the maximum thickness of phone case that supports magnetic charging?

A: This magnetic charger fits phone cases under 2mm thick. Thick covers, leather wallet cases and pop socket cases weaken magnetism and lead to charging failures. Please take off extra thick cases before charging.

Q3: How can I get 25W full-speed Qi2.2 charging?

A: Two requirements:

1.Only iPhone 16/17 series support 25W magnetic fast charging.

2.The included original 45W adapter is required for full 25W output. Low-wattage third-party adapters limit charging speed and won’t hit max 25W.

Q4: Why does this wireless charger keep disconnecting intermittently when the phone reaches a 85% battery level?

For iPhones have a built-in battery protection feature by default. We suggest you go to your iPhone Settings and turn off Optimized Battery Charging, then check if the charging keeps cutting out.
