Why is my charging speed slower than expected?
This charger is only compatible with iPhone 12 and later models. iPhone 12-15 supports a maximum charging power of 15W; iPhone 16 and 17 support a maximum charging power of 25W. For 25W fast charging, we recommend using a 45W or higher power adapter.
Why does charging keep disconnecting?
For best wireless charging results, remove your phone case before placing your phone on the charger. Avoid using cases thicker than 3mm or without magnetic closure, as these may reduce charging efficiency.
Is this charging pad compatible with Android phones?
No, it is not compatible with Android systems. This charging pad is designed for devices that support magnetic wireless charging and is only compatible with iPhone 12 and later models.
Why does my wireless charger get warm while charging?
Slight heating during charging is normal. High-load use like gaming or streaming may increase heat. For optimal charging speed and temperature control, remove the phone case while charging.
Is this charger compatible with phones that have cases on?
Yes, MagSafe compatible cases less than 3mm thick will work. Metal cases, cases with metal tabs, magnetic accessories, or cases thicker than 3mm will weaken the magnetic attraction and slow down charging.
