The magnetic force is not strong enough and phone falls off while charging?
Phone won't fall off when charging without case or with mag-safe case, this charger station will hold the phone firmly in place, Do not use with phone cases thicker than 5mm. A case that is too thick will make the magnetic force unstable.
The led lights come on intermittently when placeing phone on the stand but only for a few seconds at a time?
It's a normal situation. In order not to disturb the user, the indicator light automatically turns off after showing devices charging normally for 20 seconds.
Does not charge iphone/watch/airpod, Can not Charge 3 devices at the time?
Use a power adapter that supports 9V2A(Package contain). The USB charging port of multi-port charger adapter cannot provide enough electricity power for 3 in 1 magnetic charger. If there is any problem, please send us a message.
Phone is overheated while charging?
Check if the phone case comes with metal decorations. Weather temperature also can be a big factor, if there is any question, please send us a message.
