Is it normal for the charger to get warm?
Yes. It is normal for the charger to feel slightly warm when charging at 65W. The A120M is IEC 62368 certified, and its temperature remains within a safe limits.
Why is the charging speed slower than expected?
The charger supports up to 65W, but the actual charging power is determined by the connected device.
What should I do if the prongs occasionally fold back when plugging into an outlet?
We recommend fully unfolding the prongs to 180° before plugging in. Once locked in place, the pressure is distributed more evenly, making the prongs less likely to fold back.
