- If you are using wireless charger recommended on the QC3.0 adapter and have removed any potential charging barriers, but are still experiencing problems, try:
1) Replace the cable connected to the wireless charger.
2) Restart the mobile phone.
3) Remove and reinsert the adapter.
- If your devices cannot be charged, please try:
1) Please restart the phone and test with another USB cable.
2) Check whether the indicator is on.
3) Please check whether the adapter is QC3.0 fast charger(output: 5V/3A). The original iPhone adapter does not match the wireless charger.
4) Please check the thickness of your case (Not exceeding 5mm). Metal rings or magnetic pads are not provided.
