    • No need. Please use the 30W USB-C PD wall charger which come with the box for optimal charging. Please note that using other multi-port wall chargers may result in less than 30W of power, causing some modules to not charge.

    • Not compatible with Android devices. The charging station is only for iPhone, Apple Watch and Wireless Charging Earbuds.

    • For the best wireless charging experience, we recommend using Apple's official magnetic phone cases. You should avoid cases thicker than 2.5 mm and non-magnetic cases, as they may affect charging efficiency.

    • Absolutely safe. The product has passed international certifications including CE and UL, normal operation feels warm but not hot to the touch.

    • LED lights up (10s breathe mode) when charging earbuds case. After full charge, light stays on for 10s then off. If case is upside down, light flashes.
