This plug only supports 2.4GHz WiFi, not 5GHz.
Connect your phone to the 2.4GHz network (not “-5G”).
If needed, enable 2.4GHz in router settings. Hold the power button 5s to reset before retrying.
How to connect my smart plug?
1.Download the BN-HUB Smart App and register an account.
2.Power on the plug and ensure that the blue indicator is flashing.
3.Tap “Add Device”, and the App will automatically detect the plug.

The plug switches between WiFi and Bluetooth automatically, ensuring a more stable and responsive connection compared to WiFi-only smart plugs.
