- Unlocking methods: fingerprint, password, TuyaApp, key
- Total number of users: 200 (including administrators and regular users), Fingerprints: 100 sets, fingerprints must be entered 5 times (please enter from multiple angles; fingerprints will become more sensitive with repeated use), Passcode: 100 sets, passcode must be entered twice with the [#] key for confirmation (the 6–10 digit passcode must match exactly on both entries!)
- Low voltage alarm: 4.8V ± 0.2V. When the voltage drops below 4.8V, the red indicator light will flash rapidly 5 times and display the message “Low battery, please replace the battery.” The lock can still be opened up to 100 times (please replace the battery as soon as possible). When the voltage drops below 4.5V, the lock will no longer function (a key can be used to open the lock, so it is recommended to keep a key outside the door).
- Power supply voltage: 6V (full charge voltage of new batteries; please use high-quality 4-cell alkaline 1.5V batteries). Requires 4 AA batteries (batteries not included in this package)
- Operating temperature: -25°C to 65°C ;Operating humidity: 20% to 90% RH
- Error alarm: After 5 consecutive failed attempts, the lock will be locked for one minute and an alarm will be sent to the app.
- Quick locking: Quickly lock the door from the outside by clicking the “Lock” icon on the panel to lock immediately; this can also be used as a return key.
Tips:(1) The first user should set up fingerprints in the app;(2) Unlocking information set in the local command system will be automatically granted administrator permissions and linked to the “Family Members” section in the app;(3) Unless necessary, avoid manual programming locally; the mobile app offers more convenient operation.
