Does this lock need a hub or extra bridge?
No. It has built-in 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, so you can control it directly from the app — no hub or gateway required.
Can I give temporary access to guests, cleaners, or vacation guests?
Yes. You can create, edit, and revoke temporary keypad codes anytime in the app — great for guests and short-term rentals.
Will it fit my door?
It fits doors 35–55mm (1-3/8"–2-1/6") thick with 60–70mm (2-3/8"–2-3/4") backset. NOT compatible with Rim Cylinder, Mortise or Integrated locks. Check the "Check Before Purchase" image for incompatible lock types.
Can I install it myself, or do I need a locksmith?
Yes—it's fully DIY. All mounting hardware is included and you only need a screwdriver; no locksmith and no wiring required. Most people finish installation in about 10–15 minutes.
Why do I not receive the verification code when registering?
Check your spam folder and confirm your phone number or email is entered correctly. Some messages get filtered and stored in your spam inbox. Contact support if the problem continues.
