AJMRTC U.2 SFF-8639 extension adapter extends the 68Pin NVMe U.2 interface for 2.5-inch U.2 SSD. It passes PCIe signals directly without protocol conversion, preserving full NVMe read and write speed. Gold-plated connectors reduce interference and contact failure for continuous high-performance storage operation. It supports UEFI boot so you can boot operating system from the extended U.2 SSD. It is widely used for server chassis modification, NAS build, workstation storage expansion and repair upgrade projects. Please note this adapter works only for NVMe U.2 SSD; SAS and SATA U.2 drives are not supported. SSD is not included.
