It measures systolic, diastolic, and heart rate. When connected to the NOMO app, these readings are stored so you can see trends over time.
Do I need the subscription to use this?
Yes. NOMO Essential Kit and an active subscription are required to use the app to track BPM. Otherwise, no tracking can be done via the app.
