Slide Your Arm Into The Cuff
Insert your arm into the cuff and make sure the tubing runs down along the inside of your arm toward your palm.

Position 1" Above The Elbow
Place the cuff about 1 inch (2–3 cm) above your elbow. The artery marking on the cuff should align with the inside of your arm for best accuracy.

Not Too Tight, Not Too Loose
Tighten the cuff so it feels secure but comfortable. You should be able to fit one finger between the cuff and your arm.

Relax, Stay Still, Press Start
Sit upright, rest your arm at heart level, and press the Start button. Stay still and avoid talking during measurement for best results.
