1. Why my phone not charge / charge abnormally or incompletely / gets hot?

1.1 Power Adapter. Ensure use 1.5A or 2A original power adapter of your phone to connect with the qi charger.

1.2  Charging Area.  Always focus aligning Qi coil to the middle (coil's center) of both transmitter and receiver  .

1.3 Case Material. Ensure protection case between receiver and charger must have no metal or magnetic material.

1.4 Distance between phone and charger (including otterbox thickness)must be less than 8mm.

1.5 Installed issue. Ensure Qi receiver is well installed and attached to phone.

1.6 Too Heat. Best put your charging phone at a ventilated or cool place to avoid unfull charge by auto-discharge of heat protection. or remove the protection case between the receiver and charger.

2. How long is the charging time of my phone?

Based on battery capacity/1000mA*70%. For 3000mAh battery, the estimated charging time is 3000mAh/(1000mAh*0.7)=4.3hrs, and so on.
