The graphene thermal pads of the Thermal GrizzlyKryoSheetseries can be used excellently as an alternative to thermal pastes from the upper performance segment. Similar to the Carbonaut pads, they have an adaptable surface with very high thermal conductivity. Compared to Carbonaut pads, KryoSheetoffers significantly higher thermal conductivity as a high-end product. This increased thermal conductivity is not only due to the choice of material, but also due to the innovative manufacturing process. KryoSheetdoes not contain any liquid components and is therefore not subject to ordinary aging as is the case with traditional thermal paste.

This is due to a specially developed manufacturing process in which the hexagonal crystal structure of the graphite is broken up along the basal plane in order to be able to exploit the anisotropy of the thermal conductivity of the graphite. As a side effect of this complex manufacturing process, however, the electrical conductivity is also increased and the stability of theKryoSheetpads is influenced, so that the pads can only be used according to instructions!
Note: TheKryoSheetin sizes 75 × 72 mm comes with Kapton Insulation Sheet. The Kapton Insulation Sheet is used to protect the chip and is glued around the chip on the electronic components (SMDs). Multiple use ofKryoSheetis not recommended! When disassembling the cooler and handling theKryoSheetafter use, micro-cracks may occur in the structure of the graphene pads, which can affect performance.
