1. Why is "Screen Time", "Battery Cycle", "Total Input", and "Total Output" not showing "0" on the display?
To ensure the quality of the product, rigorous tests were conducted. The values recorded during the production and testing process were:
(a) "Battery Cycle" should be 0 and "Battery Health" should be 100%.
(b) Other information should not be 0.
2. Why does the battery drain so quickly?
When the Settings selection screen is always on, both the screen and MCU are working, so it is normal that the battery drains quickly. It uses 15% of the battery in about 24 hours. We recommend turning off the display screen when not in use.
3. Why can't the power reach 140W?
To reach 140W, you need to use a cable that supports PD 3.1 and a device that supports PD 3.1 input such as the 2021 MacBook Pro 16".

The Anker 737 Power Bank is a 24,000mAh, three-port portable charger with up to 140W output, suited to people who need to recharge compatible laptops, phones, or tablets away from an outlet. Reaching 140W requires a compatible PD 3.1 device and cable.
Recommended For
- People who travel or commute with a USB-C laptop that can use high-wattage Power Delivery and want a portable charge during long work sessions away from an outlet.
- Mobile workers who carry a laptop and phone or tablet and want one battery with multiple ports for topping up devices between meetings, on trains, or at airports.
- Travelers who want a high-capacity backup in a backpack and value checking charging rates and remaining battery on the built-in display.
- USB-C handheld gaming PC users who want extra play time during travel and can carry a roughly 630 g power bank in their bag.
Real-World Use Scenarios
- When working away from an outlet, connect a compatible USB-C laptop to keep working or extend its runtime; the 737 can also recharge many high-performance laptops, though the amount of extra time depends on the laptop and workload.
- On a flight or long travel day, use it to recharge a laptop or other USB devices when seat power is unavailable; its capacity is under 100 Wh, but check your airline’s current power-bank rules before flying.
- During a day out with several devices, connect a phone, tablet, or earbuds as needed; the three ports let you charge multiple devices, while the available charge is shared across use.
- When a phone battery is running low during commuting, travel, or a long day away from home, use the 737 for a fast top-up; its display shows charging output so you can check whether the device is drawing power.
- Between trips or workdays, recharge the power bank with a compatible high-wattage USB-C charger to get it ready again sooner than with a lower-output charger.
