FT232RL USB-C to UART TTL Serial Adapter, 3.3V/5V Logic Module

Overview The FT232 USB UART Board (Type C) is a compact USB-C to UART TTL serial communication module based on the original FT232RL chip. It is designed for serial debugging, embedded development, firmware programming assistance, controller testing and USB-to-TTL communication applications. This FT232RL USB UART Adapter supports 3.3V and 5V logic level operation through jumper-selectable VCCIO settings. Users can set VCCIO to 5V output, 3.3V output, or remove the jumper to use the target board power reference from 3.3V to 5V. This flexible design helps match different TTL serial devices and controller systems.

The board provides TXD, RXD, RTS# and CTS# pins on pin headers for convenient UART connection. Other FT232RL pins are also available through drilled holes, with pin pitch compatible with universal prototype boards, making it suitable for custom circuits and development integration. The USB-C connector provides a convenient connection to computers and host devices. The module supports multiple operating systems, including Windows 11/10/ 8.1 /8/7, Linux, Mac OS, Android and WinCE. Onboard TXD, RXD and PWR LED indicators allow users to observe power and serial activity during debugging and data transmission.

This product is a wired USB serial development module, not a wireless communication device. It does not include any battery or solar charging function.
