This describes ValueRAM's KVR32S22D8/16 as a 2G x 64-bit (16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL22 SDRAM (synchronous DRAM), 2Rx8, non-ECC, memory module based on sixteen 1G x 8-bit FBGA components. The SPD is programmed according to JEDEC standard DDR4-3200 timing latency of 22-22-22 at 1.2 V. This 260-pin DIMM uses golden contact fingers. The electrical and mechanical specifications are as follows. FEATURES- Power supply VDD = 1.2 V typical; * VDDQ = 1.2 V typical; * VPP = 2.5 V typical; * VDDSPD = 2.2 V to 3.6 V; * Nominal and dynamic on-die termination (ODT) for data, strobe and mask signals; * Low-power automatic self-update (LPASR); * Data business conversion (DBI) for the data bus; * VREFDQ generation and calibration on the chip; * Dual rank; * Integrated serial I2 Presence Detect (SPD) EEPROM; * 16 internal banks 4 groups of 4 banks each; * The burst chop (BC) was set to 4 and the burst length (BL) to 8 corrected via the Mode Register Set (MRS); * Selectable BC4 or BL8 during operation (OTF); * Fly-by topology; * Control command and address bus finished; * PCB height 1.18 inches ( 30.00 mm); * RoHS compliant and halogen-free
