FAQ: 1. Mismatched Pods ErrorPlease follow the manual to sync the firmware version for both left and right earbuds. Then the issue will be fixed. 2. What should I do if I still cant pair it when following the manual and give it more time? 1) Please ensure your iOS is upgraded to the newest version. 2) Please try to change a charging case to pair it following the manual. Then change back if they are paired. 3) Please take a photo of the model number on the earbuds and send us to check the model. Both left and right earbuds models might be mismatched. 3.
Three possibilities of pairing issues: 1) The models are mismatched. E. g., A3050/A3053/A3054 and A2565/A2566 are incompatible. Please send us the images of earbuds like the attachment for both earbuds and the back of the charging case to check the exact models. 2) Your Earbuds are fake. Some buyers purchased fake Pods from a third-party store, rather than an official Apple store. 3) The item is defective. We will exchange one for you if it is faulty.
