it is IDE mode installed system, then you can only reinstall the system
through PCIE to SATA 3.0.

to enter the motherboard BIOS, set the system disk to the first boot.
3. When the first and second conditions are met, and you still can not
start, then it may be integrated SATA interface conflict, please enter
the motherboard BIOS to set SATA to Disabled.
