2, Each RJ45 port is connected Power Supply and GND. Each RJ45 can independently choose from the Raspberry Pi 5V / 3.3V, or from blue terminal block, to supply power to external devices. The 4 5 pin of all RJ45 ports are connected to the power supply(VCC, V+), and 7 8 pin connected to GND (0V).
