It can also be used in 4x10G mode along with ribbon to duplex fiber breakout cables for connectivity to four 10GBASE-SR optical interfaces. It is compliant with the QSFP+ MSA, IEEE 802.3 ba 40GBASE-SR4 and IEEE 802.3 ae 10GBASE-SR standards.
