AD-net's Mini POE Ethernet Extender AN-LAN-EXT-MINI-POE is a high-speed Ethernet transmission device, that will send Ethernet signal and POE power over same copper or BNC cable over distances up to 800m ( 0.49 miles) and more. It can transmit Power and Ethernet signals together over any pair of 2-wire such as Cat5, coaxial cable (with an adapter in set) and even power cables - twisted pair cables offer better signal quality and higher transmission distance, but devices will work over different cables as well. Units will come in set having Master and Remote side, and 48VDC power supply.
The speed and distance data differs a lot on depending on the cables types used. Moreover, the longer the distance of the cable, the lower the transmission rate accordingly. Testing details are for your reference in picture gallery above.
