High-quality 7dBi ADS-B antenna designed to efficiently receive flight traffic data at 1090MHz. The bundle includes a mounting kit and a free 10-meter RG58 coaxial cable for testing purposes.
NOTE: for permanent installations, we recommend using an LNA like LaNA near the antenna to compensate for the cable loss or to use a lower-loss cable like LMR400. The antenna is designed for 50 systems to be compatible with NESDR SMArt, NESDR SMArtee, NESDR SMArt XTR, and NESDR SMArtee XTR as well as other commercially available receivers. The antenna is waterproof with an omnidirectional radiation pattern to enable air traffic reception from a wide range of angles at the same time. Testing proved that the antenna has a superior performance over shorter counterparts with a noticeable range improvement.
