Unlike conventional in-ceiling speakers which fire straight down, the ME650C has a specially designed 15deg angled baffle that enables it to direct sound precisely toward the listening area, even when it's installed off-axis of the listener's position. This enables a more focused soundstage with significantly enhanced cinematic imaging and lifelike sound reproduction when used in front, center channel, or surround speaker applications. The 1-in. pivoting silk dome tweeter allows adjustment for customizing the soundstage and reproduces crystal clear highs that rival more expensive esoteric loudspeakers.
