Idatalink Maestro Compatible with Select Volkswagen Models 2018 and Up KIT-VW1 Dash & Wiring Kit, Install & Connect a Compatible Double-DIN or Modular car Stereo (ADS-MRR or ADS-MRR2 Module Required)

The KIT-VW1 factory system adapter (along with the Maestro ADS-MRR or ADS-MRR2 module, sold separately) lets you install & connect an Idatalink Maestro-ready double-DIN (4" tall) car stereo with a 7" screen or a Pioneer modular radio with its 9" screen in your compatible select Volkswahgen vehicle. ^^ Radio Replacement Dash kit. The kit includes the main radio bezel, metal brackets. HU adapter ready install T-harness, antenna adapters and radio removal tools. ^^ The wiring harness features an in-line head-unit connector harness, which will plug into Idatalink's new "Head-unit direct" harnesses for select radio brands.

If you're installing a radio that doesn't work with a "Head-unit direct" harness, you simply cut off the plug and connect the wires to the harness included with your new radio. ^^ With your iDatalink-ready car stereo, you'll retain your steering wheel audio controls, along with the on-screen climate controls and factory menus. You can also set up gauges on your new car stereo's touchscreen to check engine performance and display other vehicle information. The module retains all your factory backup cameras (except 360 camera). The kit includes bezels for 7" iDatalink-compatible radios and 9" Pioneer modular radios; the bezels' finish matches your factory dash.
