Upgrade your RAM truck's stereoYou already know your RAM truck is great for work or play, but the dashboard makes it difficult to upgrade the factory radio. The iDatalink KIT-RAM1 (along with the Maestro ADS-MRR module or ADS-MRR2 module, sold separately) gives you everything you need to install an iDatalink-ready double-DIN (4" tall) stereo and wire it up to your RAM truck. The kit retains your steering wheel audio controls, factory climate controls, and USB and AUX inputs. You'll also keep your factory backup camera and cargo camera (if present; requires second camera port on the new stereo).

Vehicle Harness: The iDatalink Maestro KIT-RAM1 consists of an integration dash kit and vehicle harness designed specifically for select 2013-2022 RAM trucks. In combination with the iDatalink Maestro RR or RR2 Car Radio Replacement Interface module (sold separately), the KIT-RAM1 lets you replace the factory radio (with 8.4" screen) of your 2013-2022 RAM truck with a compatible Alpine, JVC, Kenwood, Sony, or Pioneer aftermarket head unit equipped with an iDatalink Serial Port.
Note: The iDatalink Maestro KIT-RAM1 requires the purchase of the iDatalink Maestro RR or RR2 (sold separately) and the download of a vehicle specific firmware from iDatalink's Weblink Desktop (for Windows and Mac).
Head Unit Connection: The KIT-RAM1 supports iDatalink's Direct T-Harnesses (sold separately) for direct connection to select iDatalink Serial Port compatible head units (including Kenwood, JVC, Alpine, Sony, and Pioneer radios) - replacing the wiring harness that comes with your aftermarket stereo (some hardwiring may still be required). If connecting to an aftermarket head unit that does not support an iDatalink Direct T-Harness, you'll need to cut off and remove the 20-pin black connector from the KIT-RAM1's harness and splice each wire directly to the aftermarket radio's corresponding wire. Finish Dash Kit: The KIT-RAM1's dash kit features a factory grade fit & finish to match the contour and color of your RAM truck's dash. The dash kit will fit select double-DIN Alpine, JVC, Kenwood, Sony, & Pioneer aftermarket radios with an iDatalink Serial Port.
Retained Features: The following factory features (if applicable) are retained when replacing your factory radio with a compatible iDatalink Serial Port head unit from Kenwood, JVC, Alpine, Sony, or Pioneer using the Maestro RR or RR2 Radio Replacement Interface module and KIT-RAM1 integration kit.
Factory Amplifier: Retains factory premium amplifier with turn-on, fader, gain adjustment, DSP settings, and speed compensated volume.
Climate Display & Control: The factory climate display and control can be accessed from the touchscreen of your compatible iDatalink aftemarket head unit.
Vehicle Settings: Access and modify factory vehicle settings through the compatible aftermarket head unit's touchscreen.
Secondary Vehicle Display: Secondary vehicle display is retained (if factory equipped) with audio information, hands-free information, and internal navigation.
Steering Wheel Controls: Factory steering wheel controls are retained with two function buttons and expandable radio functions.
Advanced Camera Features: Factory backup camera is retained with parking guidelines and park assist chimes (requires ACC-SP1 chime speaker). You can also add aftermarket front, side, and/or 4x4 cameras (sold separately) to your idatalink compatible head unit that is equipped with multiple camera inputs and your vehicle's factory auto camera switching feature will be retained.
RAP & Warning Chimes:
