Important Note: Please must close the H P Genuine Mode before you install compatible toner cartridge with chip, the step is Setup >Supply Settings >Cartridge Supply>off. In order to avoid firmware update to block the compatible toner cartridge to be used continuously in the future, please also close the Printer Update and Firmware Update in Setup. ^^

Important Notice: Our toner cartridge can not work with H P+ printers that have model numbers ending with "e". H P+ printer only works with original toner cartridge, can not work with compatible toner cartridge. ^^
