The new clearaudio Concept record clamp provides the ideal level of contact between the record and platter, holding the record flat and stable while playing. The concept Clamp has a very ergonomic form, and is precision machined from aluminium, with a black anodized finish, and with a silver rim. On the under side of the clamp is a Teflon insert that locates over the spindle for frictionless positioning. The record clamp was designed for use with the new clearaudio turntable series, such as the Concept, Innovation Compact, and Innovation, though it can also be used with nearly any turntable.
