2. Sound--Settings--Control Panel--Hardware and Sound
3. Sound--Playback
4. Choose "USB Headset"
5. Click "Set Default" "OK"

Select Levels tab, ensure the speaker and microphone volume are high enough, and the microphone is not mute.
For Mac:
1. Open System Preference and select "Sound"
2. Select the Input tab, choose "USB Headset"
3. Select the Output tab, choose "USB Headset"

Headset not working
1. Adjust headset volume.
2. Make sure the headset is not on mute. The microphone mute LED turns red when mute is on.
3. Check the USB cable connection to your computer. Try a different USB port on your computer. Connect directly to your computer. Do not use a USB hub or adapter.
