Double Quick Release Plate for Arca-Swiss: It comes with two QR plates for Arca, one can be mounted on the bottom of the camera or cage to give them quick release functionality. The other can be mounted on the bottom of the plate as you require it to enable quick switching among handheld, stabilizer, and tripod shooting. If you don't need a QR plate for Arca, then you can use the 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded hole on the bottom of the plate to mount the quick release plate you need, such as for MFT etc.
Smart Rotatable Design: The V-Mount plate can be rotated and adjusted by 180°. Adjust forward for convenient storage, adjust backward for enough space to open the camera flip screen. This rotating design does not require you to remove the battery first, which effectively saves time. And it also with pivot dampening preventing your device from falling.
