In case of an emergency, the button can be pressed either on the base unit or on the wireless remote control pendant. Once activated, the unit will automatically dial the emergency contacts. Additionally, the system includes social safety alarm features.
One such feature is the ability to set an alarm at a specific time each day. This feature is optional and can be enabled or disabled according to your preference. If the user fails to respond to the alarm within 30 minutes, the system will initiate calls to the emergency contacts, notifying them of a potential problem. This ensures that the people on the call list are alerted if the monitored person has not turned off their alarm, indicating a possible situation requiring assistance. This feature is particularly useful in ensuring that the individual remains active and engaged on a daily basis.
