If the remote illuminates: Unplug the power cord from the outlet. Wait 5 seconds plug it back into the outlet. Wthin 10 seconds of plugging the power cord into the outlet: Press and hold the "Head Up" and "Foot Down" button at the same time for 10 seconds. The PAIR button will illuminate blue and start fl ashing. Release the PAIR button. Once the remote stops fl ashing the remote is paired to the adjustable base.
