The isolator of this product is a passive bus power supply design, and its internal isolation circuit will produce a certain voltage drop. When the instantaneous current demand of the audio interface exceeds the power supply capabilities of the host USB port and isolator, a power outage condition may occur. This is not a product fault, but a problem of power supply matching between devices ^^ 2.
USB port power supply limitation: The maximum power supply capacity of some computers USB 2.0 ports is 500mA, which may not be able to meet the total power consumption requirements of the isolator and audio equipment. Plug the isolator into the USB 3.0 / 3.1 interface (blue interface) of the computer. This type of interface has stronger power supply capability ^^
