Q: My MacBook case's bottom part is loose or keeps falling off. Why? As for the bottom cover, there are two longer clips at the edge of the rear side and two clips at the front side, Please snap on the rear side two longer clips first, and snap the other clips till security, then the case will fit perfectly and will not be loose. You also can refer to our instruction paper coming with the case.
