| Charge 3 simultaneously? | A: Of course, that's what it is designed for. But remember to use the 18W adapter and fast charging cable included. |
| Lost manual cable or adapter? | A: All you need to do is to reach out to Intoval support. Tell us what you need, we'll get it delivered at no charge. |
| Can I use 20W PD charger? | Yes, QC18W, PD20W and PD30W can provide sufficient input to the station. However, a regular 10W(5V/2A) or 5W(5W/1A) charger or desktop/computer USB port (5V) will not work. The adapter included work with 110-240V AC. |
| Can I get a longer cable? | Yes, contact Intoval support and we will sugguest one. |

| Is phone part Magsafe? | No. |

| Can charge Airpods 1 or 2? | No, original battery case of Airpods 1 or 2 does not support wireless charging. You need to buy an extra wireless charging case so that it can be charged wirelessly. |
