The EZ9804 is a four-port 10G electrical Ethernet PCI-Express x8 server adapter card developed based on the Intel XL710 chip solution. It is also compatible with the x16 channel. This adapter card is based on the INTEL X710 main controller family and is compatible with the existing network infrastructure. It will facilitate the migration of the existing 100 Mb/s and 1GbE networks to 10GbE rate. It can automatically negotiate the rate between 100 Mb/s, 1GbE, and 10GbE for link establishment, and can meet the needs of most customers for a smooth transition and easy migration to 10GbE.

This adapter has four completely independent ports, which support the connection of up to four different actual application networks during use, reducing the number of PCI-Express slots required on the device. The adapter card has excellent compatibility and the four ports it carries can be grouped together through its own ports or other Ethernet adapter ports. It can also have multiple functions such as expanding the access bandwidth and providing redundancy for bandwidth access, ensuring uninterrupted network access.

The EZ9804 supports a data transmission distance of up to 100 meters and can support network architectures such as Top of Rack (ToR), middle of Row (MoR), and End of Row (EoR).
