This Nano Base Board (B) is a mini carrier expansion board tailor-made for Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5, fully supporting CM5 Lite (no onboard eMMC storage) and standard CM5 eMMC variants. The circuit board shares the same compact outline size as the CM5 core module, greatly saving installation space inside narrow enclosures, embedded controllers and miniature smart hardware.

It integrates a complete set of mainstream peripheral interfaces to fully release CM5s computing performance: onboard Gigabit RJ45 Ethernet port for stable high-speed wired network transmission, Mini HDMI port supporting 4K video output, one USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A port for external peripherals, and dual 4-lane MIPI FPC connectors to connect CSI cameras and DSI display screens. Besides, it retains the classic 40PIN Raspberry Pi GPIO header, PCIe Gen2/3 x1 expansion interface, TF card slot for CM5 Lite storage expansion, 3.5mm audio jack, PWM fan power header and status indicator LEDs.

With standardized DC 5V 5A power input and dedicated BOOT/PSW control buttons for system flashing and power management, it requires no complex driver configuration after assembly. Widely applied in maker prototype verification, edge computing devices, industrial control terminals, smart vision projects, IoT gateways and customized embedded product mass integration.
