AJMRTC Serial Expansion HAT is a practical expansion board for Raspberry Pi. It communicates via I2C interface to add 2-channel UART and 8 programmable GPIOs, solving the shortage of serial ports and GPIO pins on the main board. The two independent UART channels support serial communication with many external devices. The 8 programmable GPIOs can be configured as digital input or output for switching signals.
