This expansion board adds one 2.5GBE network port for Raspberry Pi 5, which can meet your various needs for those who need to use Raspberry Pi 5 as a Router, Gateway, Firewall, Robot, Smart Home, NAS, VOIP, Industrial Equipment, Telecommunications Equipment and other network devices that need more than one network port.

PCIe to 2.5G Ethernet Port HAT expansion board, able to achieve high-speed reading/writing.

Through the RTL8125 chip to achieve the expansion of 2.5Gbps Ethernet.

After power on, the board can be automatically recognised as eth1 without installing driver under Raspberry Pi official OS system. When you use OpenWrt, you need to compile the RTL8125 driver into the firmware. When you use ubuntu system, you need to install the RTL8125 driver and then you can use it.

This aluminum case can access all ports of Pi 5, including USB-C power jack, micro HDMI ports, USB ports, Ethernet jack, micro SD card slot, power button, 4-lane MIPI DSI/CSI connectors.

Support installation of official Raspberry Pi 5 active cooler and other third-party cooling fans for heatsink.

Besides PCIe to 2.5G Ethernet Port expansion board, the aluminum case also supports installation of various PCIe to M.2 NVMe SSD expansion boards, PoE/PoE+ HAT shields, and WiFi7 adapter boards.

Comes with a rich set of screws accessories for easy installation and fixation of the Raspberry Pi 5 and expansion boards. A screwdriver is also provided.

Note: The Raspberry Pi 5 board and Ethernet cable are not included.
