The computer case on this PC supports both USB-C and USB 3.0 ports but in order for all of those ports to be active it would require a motherboard that has 2 USB 3.0 headers.

Most motherboards, including this one in this PC, only have 1 USB 3.0 header.

So because of this, we chose to connect the USB 3.0 front ports on the case to the USB 3.0 motherboard header, which leaves the USB-C front port inactive.

This can be easily changed within minutes and if youd like us to switch it to USB-C before we ship the PC to you please message us.
