Does this motherboard come bios ready for the new 5000 amd cpu's? I bought this from the asus tuf 3080 bundle.

It does not but you can flash without a processor it look like.

No, gen 3 or newer for B550 chipset. try looking at a B450.

I think you are talking about the adapter block goes down on the MB. No, you have to install the front-panel connectors directly to the MB. The pin-outs match the old Q-adapter if you can find one. No idea why Asus does not include it to make installation a little easier.
