I have 2GB internet speed. but the port on the motherboard has is 1000MB LAN. Does plugging two ethernet ports in the dual LAN result in 2000MB?

No, plugging two ethernet cables into the dual LAN ports on the motherboard will not result in a combined speed of 2000MB. Each of the LAN ports supports a maximum speed of 1Gbps (1000MB), and they cannot be combined to achieve a higher speed.

Quick Answer: No.*

But you have GREAT options.  See the long answer below...

*The only USB connectors the board has (to make plugs on a case work) are:

USB 2.0:  2 headers = You can get 4x USB 2.0 ports running.  
(I bought a 4x plug bracket and have all my USB 2.0 plugs in the rear of the case.)

1x USB 3.2 Gen 1 headers = 2x of the original "blue plug" USB ports, running at 5 Gbps.  (Speeds associated with "USB C" can be 10 or 20 Gbps.)

The most startling thing about the "board that has it all" - the fact that you can only hook up 2x USB 3.0 ports on a case, and, it has a mere 4x sata ports.
(So unless you plan to buy a USB 3.0 PCI-E adapter card, don't run out and buy a case with more than 2x USB 3 ports!

However, the board more than makes up for this!
Titan Ridge Thunderbolt is a BIG DEAL - way better than a normal "USB C" port.

TB allows for daisy-chaining of many devices off that one port.
It allows the best, fastest hubs to be used that will give you ports GALORE on your desktop without any hicups or slowdowns associated with older hubs.
That is what that port is MADE FOR: And very few motherboards have it. Especially for AMD.

Just need a "type c" connection?  Say, to charge your phone?  You can get an extension cable and a $.99 silicon rubber cable holder that affixes to your case front.
Or, get a USB Type-A to C adapter for the front of your case and you'll get it at the original USB 3.0 blue-plug speed of 5Gbps.

You can chain many different USB C devices (including hubs) off that one plug in the rear.
If you need it in the front - just buy a USB C Thunderbolt-ready extension cable (very important it mentions TB, it will be expensive,) and use one of those silicon rubber cable holders that will stick to the side of your case in the front.  Viola.
