Compatible with m720 thinkcentre desktops? Are there instructions on how to deploy the card? (I am not an IT pro, just trying to upgrade my work computer.)

Hi Jenny, The first thing to check is that the motherboard of your Thinkcentre has a slot for the wireles card. You will also need wires for wifi to allow to connect (usually black and grey thin cables). TBH the easiest way to have wifi is to get a USB wifi dongle. Hope that helps.
