Question 1

the fan stopped moving on this PSU but my computer is still running should i need to be concern about this? 
Using:  xfx R9 290 graphic card, AMD Black Edition FX-8350 4 GHz 8-Core Processor (875 Wattage total)

If you look at the Specs it specifies that there is a 'zero RPM mode' for when the fan is not needed. Plus there are safeties built in that should shut it down if it is going to overheat. If you run a benchmark test and your fan doesn't kick on then I would start to look at it being an issue. If you're just idling, it is doing what it is suppose to be doing, staying quiet.

Question 4

Would this be a good power supply to run a AMD FX 9590 on a Asus Crosshair Formula Z Motherboard? I just upgraded to this CPU from my FX 8120 and I'm having issue's. Sudden reboot or lockups. Not sure if it's my current Corsair CX750 PSU or just not enough cooling. I've been using a cooler master Seidon 240M. Video is an Asus Strix GTX 1080. Thanks for any input.. Ram is Ripjaw 4 gig X4 = 16 gig total

You should have no problem powering that hardware with this power supply. I am currently using this power supply to run a 9590 on a crosshair V formula-z motherboard with 2 overclocked MSI GTX 970 4G in SLI. My suggestion is to download and use HWINFO to check your temps. Especially check the temperature for T2 . I actually wound up mounting a fan behind the motherboard to keep the back side of the motherboard cool. I basically cut a hole in the right side panel and mounted the fan. I am assuming that you are using some sort of liquid cooling. Just upgraded to the Corsair 115i A lot of good basic info can be found if you look for overclocking on the web  which can help you get system stable.

Question 5

Will buying this let me run my Titan X sli rig with a few modest overclocks so I can finally run minesweeper at a smooth 60fps?

I am assuming that you upgraded video cards and could not power them with existing power supply? Titan X's pull 250w each, 2-way Sli=500w 3-way 750w. So most likely with the 1000w power supply your system will run. 
Minesweeper is another story; that depends on system memory and CPU speed along with the graphics cards.

Would this psu be compatible with a intel i7 6700k cpu?

Hi.    Yes but I find the voltages are low, example: 12 volt supply is only 11.68 to 11.89 volts,  this factor will make the cpu  to work harder and have future problems.  I called Corsair they told me to contact  New egg for a replacement. Which I have to do.

I MADE A MISTAKE ABOUT MY VIDEO CARD,  I HAVE THR MSI - RADEON  R9 390X VIDEO CARD !!!
I'm USING A 13 YEAR OLD BFG 1000W WATT PSU IN MY MSI Z77 M POWER SYSTEM NOW AND IT's BEEN A REAL WORK HORSE FOR ALL THAT TIME.  THE SPEC.'s Are still the same after all these years,  I CAN'T REALY BELIEVE IT !!!  IT SEEMS ALMOST IMPOSABLE,  BUT IT'S TRUE !!!  AND I WANT TO KEEP MY OLD SYSTEM AS A FAMILY ROOM PC.

Does that fan blow out through the back or into the case?

The way mine is set up there is a fan port on the bottom of the case so it pulls air from outside the case and pushes it thru the back of the ps (back out of the case) no blowing into the case.

Not at all. Unless you are drawing over 400W the fan shuts off. Under 400W it will passively cool.

Is this compatible wit ASUS essentio cm6830 series? 3.4ghz Intel i7-3770 cpu?  I only have 350w power supply and need more for better Graphics card.

It's hard to say without seeing the backend of the computer case.  I googled around a bit and couldn't find even a picture of the back.

But chances are that it will fit without any "modifications."  This is a standard size power supply and that case looks pretty standard.  So you should be good.
I once took a dremel to a case to make one fit.

Aside from it fitting, this power supply has a ton of connectors you can plug in (or not) to go to anything you have or will ever have.  It will definitely help with a better graphics card.  But you might be doing a bit of overkill...$150 for a ps is a steep price and there are cheaper ones out there.  Without seeing the graphics card you are picking, you could probably get away with a 750 watt or something I'm sure and dip under the $100 range.
