Thank you for contacting us in regards to your question.

Memory speed is going to be more dependent on clock frequency and latency as opposed to the number of modules. As most consumer motherboards are Dual Channel, you will not see a major benefit from a 4x16 kit. If your motherboard is an enthusiast board that supports Quad Channel, the added bandwidth may be more appealing.

Is this memory GREAT for Asus STRIX-Z390H ?

You would have to check the specs of that particular motherboard such at how much ram can it handle 32gb-64gb then you have to make sure it can handle 3200 frequency but I think if it can’t you just won’t get the speed you paid for with this product, with that said they look pretty sweet in my computer and it runs extremely fast. However all my other parts are NICE so there’s a lot of variables you have to consider
