I have a 5120x1440 32:9 monitor and a 21:9 monitor. I'd like my PC and Macbook to be use this switch to alternate between the two, as you'd expect. My concern is the refresh rate. I'd like to make sure the 5120x1440 will be able to maintain a 120hz refresh, not sure if this switch is capable since it says 4k is 60hz. I know there is some discrepancy between a true 4k and a 32:9 5120x1440, so thought I'd ask here. Anyone know if this will work? Thanks!

The product supports a video resolution of 4096 x 2160 @ 60 Hz (4K DCI). It does not specify support for a 5120 x 1440 resolution at 120Hz.

If I plug in a laptop using only USB 3 as a computer input, will this adapt that to the 2 DisplayPort outputs?

It switches monitors using the Display Port protocol, so unless your monitors support USB3/Thunderbolt2/3 video, you would need to convert your USB3 video signal from the laptop to Display Port yourself with an adapter prior input to the KVM
